Engagements run as long as the project requires — typically 4 to 12 months. If the scope grows, we discuss and adjust. No lock-in beyond 30 days notice.

Q1. skip the audit

Can we skip the audit and go straight to a retainer?

Yes. If you’re already clear on what you need, Track B lets you commit directly to a retainer. The onboarding phase absorbs the audit work — systems review, strategy session and access setup are included in your first 2–4 weeks at no extra cost.

Q2. sprint or standard?

What's the difference between Standard and Sprint?

Same total investment, same output, same four DSF stages. Sprint compresses the timeline into roughly 4–6 months instead of 9–12. The monthly rate is higher because more of Freewave’s resources are dedicated to you each month. You’re buying speed — not a discount.

Q3. audit tiers

How do you determine which audit tier is right for us?

Our team assesses this on the discovery call based on your business complexity, the number of tools and systems in play, your team size, and the clarity of what you need. We make a confident recommendation and explain why.

Q4. deposits

What does the 50/50 deposit structure mean?

For the audit, 50% is invoiced on the day of the discovery call to commence the engagement. The remaining 50% is due on delivery of the completed audit document. No work begins without the initial deposit.

Q5. after the audit

What happens after the audit — are we locked in?

No. The audit delivers a clear roadmap whether you continue with us or not. Most clients move to a retainer because the audit makes the value of doing so obvious — but there’s no obligation. The audit stands on its own.

Do you offer standalone services outside a retainer?

Yes. Brand Foundation Starter, Website Starter, Business & Technology Consult, Custom Software builds, and Email Migration are all available as standalone starting points. Every standalone service includes a strategic layer and a clear recommendation for what comes next.
